Dear Fellow Bike Riders, Does the prediction of rain fill you with anxiety when trying to plan your morning commute? I constantly debate between taking the bus and riding my bike. The bus takes 40-50 minutes and adds 2 hours of extra travel time, compared to riding my bike which takes 10 minutes to work. Most rainy days I decide to suck it up, put on a goofy outfit, and bike to work. But now with winter approaching I am filled with a whole new source of anxiety: snow. How do you bike through snow??! Do you just not do it? Do I need chains for my bike tires? Is there a certain level of snow that is acceptable to bike through or will I be forced to take the bus again? What if I just bike really slowly? OH GOD WHY?!?!? YN
